We have crossed the Pennines from glorious Lancashire to a place which is all very new to us, The Land of the Prince Bishops.
With a long background as an Electronics Engineer in Research & Development, I have spent the last 19 years serving as Presbyter in two Circuits in Lancashire.

We are enjoying discovering this beautiful dale, along with my wife, Jude and our faithful dog – Boris. Jude & I have two adult children – Naomi & Nathanael – in whom we delight.

Our reason for being here is simple:- to share in the worship and work which the Lord has given to the Churches here, namely to love as Jesus loves, to follow His Word (Matt.5:16-18 RSV) and to make disciples – fully committed followers of Christ. I have a deep appreciation of the traditional, but a desire to communicate in the present.

We have experienced such a warmth of welcome here and perhaps, over time, you will get used to my sense of humour! (Maybe?!)
