Cathryn Warden

Hello I am a Cathryn Warden, Cathy to family and Cath to nearly everyone else. I can't remember a time in my life when I didn't a faith or belief in God, but I have not always had a home for my faith. About 6 years ago I found a home at Haughton Methodist Chapel and there it has taken root and grown.

I worked in Local Authority Social Care for the majority of my working life and despite retiring early a number of years ago, this has remained a keen interest for me. I also enjoy crafts, carbooting, crosswords and cake decorating but most of all I love just being a Granny, which is definitely one of life's blessings!

As well as being a Circuit Steward, I am also the Circuit Data Champion. Yes, I did volunteer for that role and it is a role that might not be everybody's cup of tea, but it is one that is right up my street. I find it incredibly interesting and remarkably satisfying.

I look forward to the challenges and opportunities that being a Circuit Steward will bring, but I know this may be a steep learning curve.
